![]() Each time I was told "an urgent message will be sent to the depot, to get the package delivery address updated". I called 3x to get an issue resolved spending 1/2 hour or more each time. UPS apparently never even sent the package to the recipient. Then I get a notification that the package is at the local pickup depot, IN MY TOWN, not theirs! The receiver waited all day for the package which never arrived. Tracking said that the package would be delivered the next day. I was required to verify the address and receiver, and choose to have the package left at a local pickup center if the receiver wasn't home when delivery was attempted. The next day, I got a notification that the person wasn't there to receive the package. ![]() and I'm a not just a receiver, I'm business customer who ships regularly. I'm literally going to have a heart attack from the stress of dealing with UPS. FedEx will always be superior to this bozos! Never I mean NEVER is this company they need to go out of business they are trash at the only thing they need to do and that is deliver packages on time and completely intact. They don't usually give that number out but your complaint will be documented but they will never follow up. The number to talk to the big dogs is 8007894623. I've been on hold waiting for someone to pick up this call. Oh did I get to the part where the clerk cursed me out because SHE never filed my claim in the first place!!! So now store number 3461 is Hampton Va won't reimburse me for my damaged item the was BOT damaged on the camera where their employee packed my item. Did I mention I paid for the insurance?!?!? it was shipped May 1 it's almost JULY and they won't fix the issue. They broke smashed and shattered my iMac computer my now deceased mother gave to me for work. I filed a complaint to the BBB and will be taking them to small claims court but let me explain why.
